Cable Break-in Service (not discountable)

Save wear and tear on your equipment with our cable break-in service.  Service applies to your entire Morrow Audio order. 3, 5, 10 and 20-day service is available through the drop down provided. (This service cannot be performed on our Ethernet, HDMI and Toslink cables.)

Each hour on our break-in machine equals one hour of normal listening in your system. Selecting our 10 day break-in service is equal to 240 hours.

We use the Hagerman Frydaddy break-in machine. The FryDaddy is a high-powered cable burn-in generator and conditioner. The sophisticated electronic waveform – a combination of wideband noise and variable frequency amplitude modulation – was developed to provide a maximum combination of both low and high frequency content without being repetitious in any way. Burn-in operates on magnetic and electrical properties of conductors and insulators. FryDaddy is part of the FryKleanerTM series of professional cable burn-in generators.

The Frydaddy feeds a 20 volt peak to peak signal to our breakin panel. All the cables on the break-in panels are hooked in series, which allows the full strength of the signal to pass through each cable.

Returns: If you happen to do a return, the break-in service is non-refundable. It is considered a service that you received.
